Complete Concrete, Inc. / Complete Contracting Solutions, Inc. is an established leader in multiple sectors of the construction industry in Western South Dakota as well as throughout the Midwest and beyond.
Complete Contracting Solutions, Inc. had been working with KT Connections prior to this project and had a large server in place. However, the server was near capacity and so Complete Contracting Solutions wanted to work with KT Connections again, implementing a new, larger server able to handle the growing needs of the business. Since replacing the old server with the new one, Complete Contracting Solutions is able to operate at full force without worrying about running out of storage and capabilities. Complete Concrete, Inc. was incorporated in 2007 with owners Cindry Buren as President and Elroy Buren as Vice President. In 2010, the company rebranded to Complete Contracting Solutions, Inc., a brand that is more suitable for matching their competencies in all phases of commercial construction.
Complete Contracting Solutions, Inc. is now an established leader in multiple sectors of the construction industry throughout the Midwest. Their core competencies include working as concrete paving general contractors in the heavy highways transportation market (government contract), drilled foundations in the energy sectors and general contracting and building construction in the public and private sectors.
The team at Complete Contracting Solutions, Inc. is constantly learning and growing to maintain their position as talented and experienced industry leaders. With over 100 employees, Complete Contracting Solutions, Inc. is constantly working on several projects at a time. From the Meade County US I-90 Exit 37 to Exit 40 paving project to the West Rapid Substation foundation drilling project, the team is always hard at work.
The Problem
The team at Complete Contracting Solutions Inc. had discovered that their current server was out of spec for size and support and so they needed a new one to handle their needs. Their old server was an HP ProLiant ML350 G9 that was ok when it was newer but at the point of the project it had seen better days. The server was near capacity and it was unable to handle some of the desired capabilities Complete Contracting Solutions, Inc. wanted to be able to perform. They recognized it was time for a bigger, better and custom suited server for their building.
Why They Chose KT Connections
The original server had been installed by KT Connections originally and so the decision to reach out to KT Connections really wasn’t a hard one. Complete Contracting Solutions, Inc. did look at a couple other competitors but ultimately decided it would be easier and best to continue to work with KT Connections since there were never issues beforehand. After finalizing the decision to work with KT Connections again, Misty Fuller of CCS, Inc. reached out to KT Connections to get the project started.
The Solution
KT Connections received the request from Misty at Complete Contracting Solutions, Inc. and began the internal process of assigning a lead and project manager. Zach Logsdon was the lead tech for the project and Robin Witkop was the project manager. The team listened to what was needed by Complete Contracting Solutions, Inc. and developed a plan along with a quote. After the quote was approved and contracts were signed, the team at KT Connections quickly went to work.
The first step was to ensure all data and information was protected and backed up. Next, the team began working on the transition from the old HP ProLiant server to the new Scale HPE HE 150 4TBRAW 32GB RAM Server. The project overall took about 45 days to complete from start to finish to ensure that everything was set up properly for success.
The Complete Contracting Solutions, Inc. team felt that the KT Connections team was punctual, easy to work with, knowledgeable and made sure CCS, Inc. knew exactly what they were receiving.
The Results
As a result of the work KT Connections had done, Complete Contracting Solutions, Inc. was now able to own and operate under equipment that met their current and future needs. Their new server would be able to meet today’s technology standards and the team would never have to worry about running out of space or capabilities any time soon.
